NEW ORGANIZATION OF THE CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT

A.Celli Nonwovens mission has been always to support its customers with continuous and superior service assistance. On October 1st 2009, the new customer care organziation was presented with the main aim of making our support to our customers even stronger. 

We strongly believe that Customer Care has to operate as an almost independent business unit inside A. Celli Nonwovens organization acting transversally and capable to:

 give immediate support to the customers for trouble shouting and assistance;
 engineer, manufacture and deliver dedicated solutions for retrofit and upgrades;
 have a "project management" approach for the service business as well for the machines.

Therefore the customer care has been re-organized under Marco Nottoli management.

Marco Allegrini, Chiara Sabbatini and Silvia Fabbri will act as sales and project managers capable to follow the new requests and the different projects. They will be supported by our branch offices in China (10 employee) and USA (3 employee) as well.

Stefano Porciani will be in charge of engineering dedicated solution for the customer care, Federico Giometti and Stefano Micheli will be in charge of the procurement and the logistic activities.
